  We had our wedding at Taharaa over Labor Day weekend, and it was everything we dreamed of! The location and staff were amazing. It was the perfect setting for the rustic mountain wedding we wanted. The staff was so helpful throughout the entire process. They were very responsive during the planning phases with many great suggestions for us. They were so accommodating and helpful from the second we arrived for our weekend, including all the set-up and take-down of everything. Meta and Teresa did a phenomenal job communicating and making sure everything ran smoothly. It was very stress free! And the location is SO BEAUTIFUL! I loved that the ceremony site was a walk across the parking lot from the reception hall, and there were views of RMNP from the reception deck. If we were to get married again we would absolutely chose Taharaa all over again, and we hope to be back to celebrate anniversaries! Aside from our wedding, the rooms were so cute with different themes, and they all have an amazing view. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast they served was SO GOOD. I highly recommend this as a weekend getaway even if you are not getting married! :)
