  Horrible Experience - We'd done the booking over the phone provided all card info. Got a phone confirmation, Called 4-5 times to confirm since didn't get an email confirmation (I know discovered why). They promised a rate of 95 + tax per night which seems reasonable for me. On July 1 I reached with my family with an infant 2 months baby. The old person in the room said my reservation was on previous day they hold it & then released ..!!!.. No alternatives nothing. I didn't get any room in the Estes Park area and had to end up cancelling my vacation. What they did is since they don't send any kind of confirmation, so they sold it to the person highest paid. An older lady came after me had the same experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.. IF YOU'RE TRAVELLING WITH FAMILY BE WARE of THIS FRAUD.
