  So many issues, I don't know where to begin. To start the time was wrong and the receptionist got snippy with my and asked me to have my guests arrive 1 1/2 early to my wedding or to have me change the time of my ceremony. It was an outdoor ceremony so that would have meant they would be standing under the hot Colorado sun for hours. When I said no and said I would look for an alternative she was only then able to "fix it", or so I was lead to believe. They day of, they got half the guests there on time but half were not. I was made aware of one shuttle of people missing and my venue called and called them with no response or return call. The first missing shuttle showed up 20 minutes after the original ceremony start time and we waited. As there was ZERO COMMUNICATION FOR THE SHUTTLE COMPANY THE DAY OF, we were not aware of a second missing shuttle and part of my family got there just in time to see us say "I do". When it came time for pick up, I was told we'd have 4 shuttles coming. Nope. The bridal party was on the last shuttle and waited until 50 minutes past pick up time for them to arrive. Again, the venue called and called with no response. There is nothing in place for this company to communicate with customers or with their drivers while in the field. I spent a lot of money and had a lot of VERY unhappy guests. It was embarrassing. It has been 5 days since my wedding and no one in the company has called to address the many messages that were left in regards to their lateness, no apology has been offered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. (to be clear, the driver I myself had was very polite. It's the management that's a major issue).
